Our shipping methods:

Our company is based in the city of Geilenkirchen near Aachen (Germany).
We only ship packages - no small packages.
Packages always have a Tracking ID, so you can always track & trace where your package is.
Also, a package is always handed over against a signature.

We offer the following shipping methods for packages:

◾ Parcel shipping with UPS standard - for the entire European Union (EU), delivery to a UPS Access Point ™ parcel shop is also possible
◾ Parcel shipping with UPS Express - in third countries like USA, Canada etc.
◾ Parcel shipping with TNT Express - für Australia, New Zealand, South Korea
◾ Parcel shipping with DHL Prio - only for Switzerland and Norway

All shipping options possible for an order will be shown in shopping cart and checkout as soon as you have entered your home address.
